PixPress+ runs in your browser.
PixPress+ provides browser-based image conversion and production tools. During Launch Preview, the site does not offer paid subscriptions, customer accounts, checkout, or a guarantee of ongoing access to preview features.
The tool is designed to process selected image files locally. You remain responsible for the devices, browsers, storage locations, and sharing destinations you choose.
02 · Your responsibility
Use content you have the right to handle.
You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to convert, edit, export, or share files using PixPress+. Do not use the service to violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or third-party terms.
03 · Browser-dependent operation
Capability can vary by browser and device.
Output formats, PDF intake, direct save, sharing, memory limits, and performance depend on the browser and device. PixPress+ may limit batch size or reject unsafe files to protect browser stability and local processing safety.
04 · Future Pro access
Commercial terms are not live.
PixPress+ Pro is currently presented as Launch Preview product planning. The proposed future subscription rule is straightforward: a customer may cancel through the secure billing portal at any time, access continues through the already-paid period, and no prorated credit is owed. Subscription fees would otherwise be non-refundable except where law requires or PixPress Plus expressly approves a refund through the verified support channel.
The planned first trial is one 14-day Pro trial per account without a card at enrollment. If a customer does not voluntarily add a payment method, the trial is designed to end without an automatic charge. This is prepared product behavior, not an active offer.
05 · Founding and lifetime options
Future offers need final terms before they exist.
PixPress Plus is considering grandfathered recurring pricing for launch customers who keep the same eligible account continuously subscribed. It is also considering a separate, individual account-bound lifetime-access option. Neither option has a price, checkout route, Stripe Price ID, purchase CTA, final feature scope, transfer rule, update policy, refund rule, tax treatment, or legal approval yet.
Before public release, final terms must define the appropriate service warranty, limitation-of-liability, indemnity, dispute-resolution, governing-law, and severability provisions for the operating business and intended jurisdictions. This draft does not replace legal advice.
06 · Publication controls
Terms will be dated and versioned.
PixPress Plus is preparing a U.S.-only launch from Los Angeles, California with the planned support contact support@pixpressplus.com. Before publication, the business will confirm its legal operating identity, active support process, final effective date, and a process for providing notice of material changes. Until then, use of the current browser-local Launch Preview is not acceptance of a final contract.
