PixPress+ public policy

A clear policy before any charge.

PixPress+ does not collect payment today. This is the staged review page for a future Pro refund and cancellation policy.

01 · Current status

No paid plan is available yet.

PixPress+ is in Launch Preview. It does not collect card details, create paid subscriptions, or accept payment. There are no PixPress+ purchases to refund and no paid plan to cancel at this time.

02 · Planned trial approach

The planned trial avoids surprise charges.

The selected future Pro design is one 14-day trial per account without collecting a card at enrollment. If a customer does not voluntarily add a payment method before the trial ends, the trial is designed to end without an automatic charge. This describes prepared product behavior, not an active offer.

03 · Proposed cancellation terms

Cancel any time; keep the period already paid for.

For a future paid subscription, a customer would cancel through the secure billing portal. Cancellation would stop the next renewal while access continues through the end of the current paid period. PixPress Plus would not provide a prorated credit for unused time in that period.

04 · Proposed refund rule

Clear before payment, fair where required.

Because the planned trial does not collect a card or create an automatic trial-end charge, PixPress Plus proposes that subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund or PixPress Plus expressly approves one through the verified support channel. This proposed rule does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.

Before launch, requests would be handled through support@pixpressplus.com after that channel is confirmed operational. A future lifetime-access purchase would have its own final refund terms before it can be offered.

05 · Publication checklist

Billing requires more than a policy page.

PixPress Plus is preparing a U.S.-only launch from Los Angeles, California. Before launch, it must confirm the operating entity, active customer-support contact, tax treatment, final terms, privacy disclosures, account and entitlement controls, and Stripe test-mode lifecycle verification. This draft requires legal/business review and is not legal advice.
